Our role is limited to facilitating introductions and communications between clients and such third parties based on the client’s stated preferences and requirements.
While Just Married is committed to providing clients with access to some of the best available third-party options in the market at the time of engagement, we do not own, control, or manage any of the third-party vendors or service providers. Accordingly, we do not make any warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the availability, quality, performance, timeliness, or reliability of any third-party services.
Clients acknowledge and agree that:
• All third-party services are provided directly by independent vendors or providers.
• Any contracts or agreements for third-party services are solely between the client and the respective third-party provider.
• Just Married shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, errors, service failures, delays, or damages (including personal, financial, or reputational) arising out of or related to the services provided by third parties.
By engaging with Just Married, clients accept that our responsibility is strictly limited to the provision of intermediary services. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into agreements with any third-party vendors.
